Sales Associate
Great opportunity for an individual seeking flexible hours and shifts to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in most facets of retail operation. You will assist customers by performing water analysis and mechanical repairs. You will be required to become familiar with B&L's point of sale program. You will also be required to assist in the unloading of trucks, stocking of shelves, carrying of merchandise to customers cars, sweeping & cleaning and other miscellaneous tasks.
Requirements:
High School Diploma equivalent, or currently in High School Desire to provide exceptional customer service support Ability to lift 50 lbs
Assistant Store Manager
This position offers a great opportunity for an individual seeking flexible hours and shifts to assist the Store Manager in all facets of retail operation. You will assist customers through effective salesmanship skills and ring through sales in a Point of Sale register. Perform water analysis, mechanical repairs, inventory control, unload trucks, stock shelves, carry merchandise to customers' cars, sweep & clean, opening and closing the store.
Requirements:
High School Diploma equivalent 6 months of management experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs
Service Technician
The position requires you to work in the field by servicing and maintaining customers pools and equipment on a weekly basis. Meet with residential and commercial customers to provide top quality customer service relationships. Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Training provided.
Requirements:
Personal truck Knowledge of basic water chemistry. Working knowledge of pools and equipment Desire to provide exceptional customer service support
Repair Technician
The position requires you to work in the field by installing and repairing customer pool and spa equipment. Meet with residential and commercial customers to provide top quality customer service relationships. Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Training provided.
Requirements:
Personal truck Knowledge of 110 volt and 220 volt electrical equipment Working knowledge of general plumbing hydraulics Repair of motors, filters, heaters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems,chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing, and galvanizedplumbing Repair suction problems as well as priming, problems and high/low pressure problems
Management
This position is for highly qualified individuals that have an interest in building a career in retail store management.
Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership High School Diploma equivalent
2-3 years industry experience preferable 6 months of experience is preferred in retail, sales, or customer service Ability to lift 50 lbs 6 months of retail management experience
