Perimeters for Chemical Included Service:

Residential pool in good working order

Standard play or diving pool

Pools not to exceed 25K gallons

Plaster must be in good condition

Vegetation around pool must be trimmed properly kept away from pool

Pool must be clean & clear at start of service – we are able to assist in green pools for an additional fee

Chemicals included in monthly service:

Chlorine Tabs                 Baking Soda

Shock                                  Soda Ash

Liquid Chlorine              Clarifier

Acid                                      Basic Algaecide

At a minimum of once a year, a phosphate remover and a 3 month algaecide, will be added to your pool in an attempt to avoid algae problems. Usually this is done in the spring and around Monsoon Season. Either of these may need to be added more frequently, depending on the conditions in and around your pool.  The cost of these chemicals is approximately $30 each.  Please be advised that these additional charges will be added to your account when your pool has been treated. Your service tech will leave a doorhanger to advise you of these additional treatments.
